Local London Delivery

Minimum order value for local delivery is £40. Orders above £80 qualify for FREE local delivery. Delivery availability and time windows may vary depending on traffic, weather conditions and operational demand.

Frozen & Chilled Products

Frozen and chilled products are shipped using temperature■controlled packaging with insulated liners and ice packs to preserve product quality during transit. Frozen items delivered by courier may arrive chilled rather than frozen. Customers should store products in the refrigerator immediately and consume within 3 days. Refreezing thawed products is not recommended.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed Monday–Thursday before 12:00 PM are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be dispatched the following working day. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or UK public holidays.

For alcohol and other age■restricted products we operate a strict Challenge 25 policy. Valid photo identification may be required upon delivery.
