• Perishable goodsThese items are non refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing items, please contact us within 24 hours ofdelivery or collection.To process your request we may require:
• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• A description of the issueAfter verification we may offer:
• Replacement of the product
• Store credit
• Full or partial refund

Non food items may be returned within 14 days of purchase provided that:
• The item is unused
• The item is in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is provided
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds areusually processed within 3–5 business days after approval.

Delivery charges are non refundable unless the refund is due to an error by Ukrainochka UK Ltd.

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or failure tocollect the order, perishable goods may not be eligible for refund due to food safety regulations.

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been prepared or dispatched,cancellation may not be possible, especially for perishable goods.
